Christopher Kozik, Esq.

Chris was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2013 and has extensive experience as a litigator and client advocate. Chris previously represented residential and commercial real property owners in appeals contesting their real property tax valuations and also served as a Deputy Attorney General with the Consumer Fraud Division of the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General where he worked to enforce the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and Antitrust Act. Chris brought his New Jersey experience with him when he moved to California in 2021 and was admitted to the California Bar in 2022. Chris joined the firm in 2022, and has, in a short period of time, grasped many of the nuances associated with practicing healthcare law. Chris represents our clients in a wide range of matters, including: real property and facility operation acquisitions, leasehold transactions, stock, and membership interest acquisitions, real property owner bridge to HUD financing, operator accounts receivable financing, and HUD application submissions and closings.
