Gary W. Sanders, Esq.

When Gary first opened his law office in 1988, he also started a legacy. His practice eventually gave rise to Sternshein Legal Group - a firm born of the continual transformation it takes to stay ahead of the curve in healthcare.

Gary has decades of experience representing clients involved in the ownership, operation, and management of long-term care, assisted living, and other senior housing companies. He has handled hundreds of long-term care transactions involving the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of long-term care facilities and ancillary health care companies. Gary brings a solution-oriented approach to his work, ensuring each client is empowered to make effective decisions and reach desirable outcomes. He now serves as Sternshein Legal Group’s Of Counsel.

Gary is admitted to practice in all California state and federal courts and the United States Supreme Court.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Gary worked at Disneyland, in costume as “Dopey” and is married to his wife Cheryl, who was Mickey Mouse.
