Jennifer M. Sternshein, Esq.
Jennifer is a practical and creative problem-solver focused on getting deals done. She counsels owners and operators of skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, hospice, and seniors housing companies in transactional and general corporate matters. While Jennifer possesses an expert command of “legalese”, she strives to be approachable, open, and matter-of-fact. She’ll make sure you understand your options and get your questions answered.
Jennifer helps clients navigate complex traditional transactions, structural challenges, long-term growth goals, and licensing and certification of long-term care companies. She has built an extensive licensing, certification, and regulatory compliance practice specifically to assist clients with CHOWs, Medicaid and Medicare provider enrollment, initial certification, re-validations, and re-certifications. Jennifer is passionate about leading deal teams and bringing out the best in people while crafting transactions (large and small) to help clients reach their business goals.
Jennifer is an active member of CAHF, CAHSAH, Leading Age, and ASHA. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
