Justin P. Fabish, Esq.

Justin is an experienced transactional attorney with expertise in commercial real estate transactions, purchase and sale transactions, and other complex business transactions, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate development.

Justin prides himself on providing clients with practical and strategic legal advice and aggressively advocating the interests of his clients. He is particularly adept at helping clients navigate complex deals.

Prior to joining, Justin spent much of his career at a multinational law firm leading significant dollar value transactions in a wide variety of industries, with a concentration in commercial and mixed-use real estate, including all aspects of real estate acquisition, disposition, and development.

Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, studying maps and infographics, languages, the outdoors, and playing sports (most recently pickleball). Having served in the Peace Corps in Mongolia, his favorite Mongolian greeting is “Malsuregtargan tavtai you?” or “Are your animals fattening up nicely?”
