Tom Kunkel

Tom graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2023. During law school, Tom volunteered in the Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic and specialized in corporate law and intellectual property, earning the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Business Organizations. Tom previously served as an attorney for an SF Bay Area nonprofit legal service provider where he advised local businesses and represented pro bono clients in civil and criminal court.

Tom joined the firm in 2026 and represents our clients in a broad range of transactional matters, including complex corporate structure and financing.

In his free time, Tom enjoys traveling with family, gardening, and collecting fossils.
